Terms of Service

Agree to API use, limited internal license with restrictions. Accounts are kept private, the company owns IP, no warranty, and no liability. Terms may change, following the company's country laws.

1. Introduction​

These terms of service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the ActionHub API (the "Service") and derived ActionHub applications. By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Access to the Service​

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Service solely for your internal business operations. You may not use the Service for any other purpose, including but not limited to resale, service bureau, time-sharing or other similar purposes.

3. Restrictions​

You will not, and will not permit any third party to: (i) sell, resell, rent or charge for the Service; (ii) copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display or perform, or create derivative works from the Service; (iii) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service; (iv) use any automated means, including without limitation, robots, spiders, or similar technologies to access or use the Service; (v) access the Service in order to build a competitive product or service; (vi) use the Service in any manner that is illegal, fraudulent, or otherwise malicious, or that would reasonably be likely to harm our reputation or the reputation of our partners.

4. Accounts and Passwords​

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

5. Intellectual Property​

The Service, including all intellectual property rights, is and will remain the property of the company. No rights in the Service are granted to you, except for the limited license set forth in Section 2.

6. Warranty Disclaimer​

The Service is provided "AS IS" and we make no representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Service, or the information, content, materials, or products included on the Service. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of Liability​

We will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the Service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service following any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms and your use of the Service will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country in which the company is headquartered, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
